Alice
Alice is a Hatha yoga teacher based in beautiful Pembrokeshire where she offers yoga and wellness classes in English and Welsh – as well as one to one sessions and retreats.
Alice has been practicing yoga regularly since 2009 and is passionate about its effects on our mental and physical wellbeing. From meditation and movement to self-study and song – the many facets of yoga have had a profound effect on Alice’s life and she is thrilled to be able to share it with others. Alice made the decision to start her yoga teaching journey following the birth of her 1st son in 2016 and was fortunate enough to receive a traditional ashram-based training at the yoga Satsanga Ashram in Login. She was taught by wonderful teachers Janandev and Deepika Saini, who trained in the Gitananda tradition at the Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry, India.
She offers options and modifications to Hatha yoga classes to make them suitable for all abilities – while still providing plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.
Jade
Jade is in charge of our marketing, promotions and accounts. A key part of the team who is great at customer relations.
Jade also has a NVQ level 3 in childcare, and studied inclusive education at University – and has over 20 years’ of experience in this field, including employment as a nanny in London.
Her qualifications and up-to-date CBR status enables her to provide trustworthy childcare during events.
Katie
Katie has a passion for nail care, nail art and design, creating designs that are unique for each client.
She trained in Pembrokeshire college, gaining her qualification as a Beauty Therapist in NVQ levels 2 & 3 – and has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, setting up her own business in 2014.
Katie is a proud Mum to son Riley – and has a friendly and professional manner, making all clients feel welcome.

Jess
Meet proud mum Jess. During lockdown, she decided to unleash her creative talents and opened her own business in balloon creations.
Jess can create amazing balloon arrangements for all occasions from kids parties to weddings, bringing the wow factor to any venue – with colours to meet your specification.

Sara
Meet Sara – our talented baker and creator of exceptional cakes. She has always enjoyed cooking and creating birthday cakes for family and friends. But over lockdown her small business became progressively busier, supplying cakes for parties and events.
She recently featured on the S4C programme ‘Heno‘, filming alongside with Mari Greg on an episode about her variety of cakes and Eglwyswrw YFC.

Steph
Stephanie Hixon-Hand is a Fine Dining Chef and owner of Winnies and has over 8 years experience as a Head Chef.
Steph is to have been the entrusted caterer for The High Sheriff of the county of Dyfed, Susan Balsom, and catering for The Lord Lieutenant Ms Sarah Edwards and the Right Reverend Joanna Penberthy Lord Bishop of St Davids. I have also catered for numerous Local MPs and councillors, forming a strong bond in the community.
Her 6 week assignment catering on-site for the first Strata Florida Field School was featured in the The Guardian. She has also worked with charities such as ‘Breaking Ground Heritage’ ‘All Churches’ and the ‘Strata Florida Trust’, all the while catering for countless weddings.

Lizzie
Hello I’m Lizzie Tree @ Chrizzie photography. I’m a mum of 4 children and I have a passion for photography and love my job so much. I enjoy capturing those special moments for parents to cherish for ever.
How did I become a photographer? I have always enjoyed taking pictures, and when my first born was young I took him to a photographer who rushed me through in ten minutes, took a handful of images then wanted hundreds of pounds for a couple of them! I felt a little ripped off, as if they were taking advantage of emotional parents and grandparents. So I started taking my own pictures of my little boy.
It’s then I decided to start up Chrizzie photography as an affordable photographer. I have a calm approach, with no set time for my clients as children can never be rushed. Over the last 8 years I have upgraded studio space and equipment making it easier to capture those special moments.

Our make up artist Trish has over 16 years experience in this field and has a passion for makeup, and is also a qualified holistic therapist.
Both therapists look forward to meeting their clients and offering all their skills and experience to make their clients feel absolutely amazing and provide picture perfect moments on their special day.
