Stephanie Hixon-Hand is a Fine Dining Chef and owner of Winnies and has over 8 years experience as a Head Chef.
Steph is to have been the entrusted caterer for The High Sheriff of the county of Dyfed, Susan Balsom, and catering for The Lord Lieutenant Ms Sarah Edwards and the Right Reverend Joanna Penberthy Lord Bishop of St Davids. I have also catered for numerous Local MPs and councillors, forming a strong bond in the community.
Her 6 week assignment catering on-site for the first Strata Florida Field School was featured in the The Guardian. She has also worked with charities such as ‘Breaking Ground Heritage’ ‘All Churches’ and the ‘Strata Florida Trust’, all the while catering for countless weddings.
